Q How do I secure a booking?

To secure your dates, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required. Your booking is only confirmed once this deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival.

Q What is the damage deposit policy?

A £50 damage deposit is required for all stays, increasing to £100 if you are bringing a dog. This is payable alongside your final balance and is refunded within 7 days of your departure following a satisfactory inspection of the caravan.

Q Are dogs permitted?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome! Please note that untrained puppies and bitches in heat are not permitted. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on park grounds and must not be left unsupervised in the caravan.

Q What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00 (2:00pm) and check-out is strictly by 10:00am. You will receive your unique key safe code by 12:00 (noon) on the day of your arrival.

Q Are Haven entertainment passes included?

No. McKell Lodge is a privately owned holiday home. All Haven passes and access to park facilities must be booked and paid for directly through Haven.

Q What happens if I need to cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to re-sell the dates (minus the booking deposit). We strongly advise all guests to take out holiday insurance.
